General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the FF 22 platform and its users ("Members"). FF 22By creating an account with FF 22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Below are the definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

  • "Platform" — FF 22's website (ff22.biz), mobile app, and all associated services.
  • "Member" — The person who has registered and holds an account on FF 22.
  • "Balance" — The real money in a member's account (bonus balance is shown separately).
  • "Bonus" — Bonus credits issued for promotional purposes that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
  • "Wager" — The total amount you need to wager before your bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the process of verifying your identity and age.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration & Account

To open an account with FF 22, you must meet the following requirements:

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID or passport may be requested as proof of age.
Single Account: Multiple accounts from the same person, phone number, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited.
Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, FF 22 may request KYC verification. This involves submitting a photo of your national ID along with a selfie. Once completed, KYC verification will not be required again in the future.

Deposits & Withdrawals

FF 22 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

  • Deposits must be made directly from your own mobile banking account.
  • Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
  • FF 22 does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

Important: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. You must complete the required wagering before your bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirements are clearly stated on each bonus page.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion can only be used once per member.
  • Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another member.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
  • Bonus balance typically expires after 30 days and will be automatically removed upon expiry.
  • FF 22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Always read the wagering requirements and expiry terms of any bonus before claiming it. If you prefer not to receive a bonus, select the "No Bonus" option at the time of deposit.

Betting Rules

FF 22 has specific rules governing how bets are placed. These rules exist to maintain platform integrity and ensure a fair experience for all.

Bets Are Final: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in specific cases where an in-play edit option is available.
Odds Change: Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift between the moment you click and when your bet is confirmed, the bet will be placed at the updated odds.
Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded to the member's account.
Technical Issues: Bets lost due to internet disconnection or platform technical issues will not be compensated. However, if you experience a loss caused by a system error, please contact support.
Maximum Win Limit: The maximum winnings per single bet are determined by your account tier. Diamond VIP members enjoy the highest limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FF 22. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your balance:

  • Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Account hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to another member's account.
  • Placing bets using betting software, bots, or any automated system.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
  • Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other members.

Warning: If suspicious activity is detected, FF 22 may temporarily suspend your account for investigation without prior notice. Withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded.

Account Closure & Suspension

FF 22 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
  • If KYC verification has not been completed or incorrect information has been provided.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
  • At the member's own request.

To Close Your Account Yourself

You may close your account at any time. Simply notify our support team and withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed, all personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal obligations.

Self-exclusion is also available as part of Responsible Gaming. Choosing this option will block access to your account either for a set period or permanently.

Terms & Conditions FAQ

General Questions on Account Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to the FF 22 app or website and go to Settings › Responsible Gaming. From there, you can set separate daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. For example, setting a monthly limit of ৳5,000 means you will not be able to deposit more than ৳5,000 in total that month — the system will block it automatically. You can also set betting limits, such as a maximum of ৳1,000 on a single bet. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period (this is designed to prevent impulsive decisions). You can also enable a session time reminder, which will prompt you at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended — especially for high rollers or members with a large account balance. To enable it, go to Settings › Security › Two-Factor Authentication and verify your registered phone number. From that point on, a one-time OTP code will be sent to your phone each time you log in. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they will not be able to access your account without the OTP. You can also enable a separate OTP check for withdrawal requests, which significantly enhances your account security.
